Ryan, Thank you once again for playing at my retirement luncheon in December. It was wonderful. I just wanted to tell you about my granddaughter Aurora. She is 4 years old and is severely handicapped as she doesn't have a left or right brain. She has a small brainstem. Aurora was a drug and alcohol baby and was adopted by my daughter. Aurora doesn't hold her head up for any length of time which normal for these children. But, I wanted to tell you that at the luncheon she held her head up the whole time you played. It was wonderful for her parents to see. So, I dubbed your cassette from high school and now she has that. While it is played, yep, she holds her head up the whole time. So you see, you are doing wonderful things with your music that you never thought was possible. Just thought you would like to hear my story. I have always loved your trumpet playing. The one time I remember the most, don't laugh, was in Washington DC, on our band trip, and the band played in front of the place we had breakfast, that awful place for food, anyway, your Uncle Bob's band was there also. Well, Uncle Bob walked away from his group and stood by you and just had this wonderful look on his face. He was so proud. The Anthony family is great. Thanks again. Carol Mahon

Ryan: Thanks again for the time with us at UCA in Conway and particularly for the time you spent with me. You've breathed some life and enthusiasm back into this old comeback player. I hope to see you again and tell you of great progress. Thanks for being an inspiration to me. May the Lord bless you and enlarge your borders! Wes

Shirley and I were thrilled beyond words at the Concert at First Methodist Church, Colorado Springs March 14th The highlight of all your performance was the Carnival of Venus by Clark. Fifty + years ago while in High School Band I was first introduced to that piece and it has been a favorite all my life. Thank you for sharing your time and talent with us last Sunday! Waiting for C D's to become available! Cordially Paul R Edie
